AI fashion video, true to the garment.
AI fashion video production is how We2 makes apparel films without a shoot day. We lock a reference of your real garment, direct the film, generate it with AI and cut it in 9:16, 4:5, 1:1 and 16:9. The model, the place and the light can change. The colourway, print and fit do not.
What an AI fashion film is, and is not.
An AI fashion film is a short product film where the model, the location, the light and the camera move are generated, and the garment is not up for interpretation. It starts from your real piece: its colourway, its print, its cut, the way it sits on a body.
It is not a filter laid over stock footage, and it is not an app that turns one flat-lay into a random clip. Somebody writes it, boards it and directs it. Somebody checks every frame against the product before it leaves us. Direction and judgment stay with people. The AI is the camera crew, not the creative director.
For apparel that changes what a launch can look like. A hoodie can be on a ridge at dawn and on a city rooftop the same week. A tee drop with six colourways can get six films that look like one campaign, because they all run on one locked look, taken from your brand identity rather than invented per film.
Made on real apparel.
More films, including bags and travel gear, are on the AI films page. Brand and web work for the same kind of brands is on our work page.
Where AI gets clothes wrong, and how we catch it.
Print and logo placement
A chest print can drift a few centimetres between shots, or shrink when the body turns.
Small text
Care labels, neck tapes, tiny wordmarks and size tags often come out as plausible nonsense.
Fabric weight and drape
A heavy fleece can move like jersey. A structured collar can go soft.
Hands on the garment
Fingers pulling a zip or a drawcord are where models still fail most visibly.
Ribbing, seams and hardware
Rib knits, seam lines, zips and eyelets can merge, multiply or disappear.
Continuity between shots
The same piece can change shade or length from one cut to the next.
Any shot that bends the product gets remade. If you want the full workflow behind these checks, read how AI product videos are made.
One film. Four cuts.
Where AI fits, and where a live shoot is better.
Generate it
- Drops with many colourways that need to look like one campaign
- Paid social that needs many hooks and settings to test
- Locations and weather you cannot book or wait for
- Launches on a short runway, where a shoot would land too late
Shoot it
- Films whose point is a real person: a founder, an athlete, a named face
- Close-up tactile proof, like stretch tests or fabric hand-feel
- Documentary or behind-the-scenes truth from your own workshop
- Anything where a customer must see the exact garment move in real light
How a fashion film gets made here.
Brief and garment
We agree the drop, the audience and the placements, and collect the garment reference: every side, every detail.
Look and board
We lock the look, the characters and the settings, then board the film shot by shot.
Generate and check
Stills first, then motion, all against the locked garment reference. Shots that fail are remade.
Edit, sound, cuts
We edit, add sound and frame each ratio for its placement.
What apparel brands ask before the first frame.
Have a drop coming? Brief the film.
Tell us the product, the date and where it will run. We reply with an approach, not a mood-board parade. Running a Shopify store? See AI video for Shopify and D2C brands.
