Shopify & D2C · We2

AI video for Shopify and D2C brands.

We2 makes AI video for Shopify and D2C brands: product films, ads and UGC made with AI on your real product, delivered as files ready for product pages and paid social. One film becomes 9:16, 4:5, 1:1 and 16:9 cuts. The same team can build the store they play on.

02 / What you need

What a D2C brand actually needs from video.

Not a brand film for its own sake. Three jobs, usually at once, usually on a deadline.
01

Product page video

A short film that shows the piece moving: the fit, the back, the detail a still photo flattens. It answers the questions a returns policy usually has to.

02

Paid social creative

Hooks and angles in the volume Meta and other platforms reward, cut for every placement, so you are not running one tired ad for a month.

03

Launches and drops

A film that is ready the day the collection goes live, not three weeks after, built on the real product so the ad and the product page match.

03 / The work

Films built on real D2C products.

Apparel and travel gear, each film generated on the real product with sound. These are the same kind of products most Shopify brands sell.

Selling clothing? The AI fashion video page goes deeper on prints, fabric and fit.

04 / Where it runs

One film, every slot on the store and the feed.

Each ratio is framed for where it lives, so the product stays centred and readable in every placement.

1:1SquareFeed posts and collection grids

05 / Testing

Test hooks without a reshoot.

On paid social the first seconds decide most of the result, and the only way to know which opening works is to run several. With a live shoot, every new hook usually means new footage. With a locked product reference, it does not.

Because the product, the characters and the look are fixed before we generate, we can make a new opening, a new setting or a new offer line on the same film and keep the product identical across all of them. That is the part of AI video that actually changes how a D2C brand tests.

We read what performs and feed it into the next round. The films, the hooks and the ads are made by the same team, so what the numbers say goes straight back into the next cut, rather than into a report someone forwards.

06 / Honest answer

When a Shopify app is enough, and when it is not.

There are good apps that turn product photos into motion. Sometimes that is all you need.
Use an app

An app is enough

  • You have a large catalogue and want a simple motion loop on every product page
  • The product is plain, with no fine print, logo or label detail to protect
  • Nobody needs a story, a setting or sound, just movement
  • You are fine checking every output yourself
Use an agency

Bring us in

  • It is a launch, a drop or a campaign, and the film has to carry the brand
  • The product has prints, logos, labels or construction that must stay exact
  • You need hooks and cuts for paid social, not just a product page loop
  • You want a person to direct the film and check every shot before it ships

07 / One team

The store, the films and the ads, from one team.

Most D2C brands brief three agencies and spend the launch reconciling them. We2 builds Shopify stores and websites, the brand identity they wear, the films and the ads, with one senior team. Every piece points the same way.

08 / Questions

What D2C founders ask first.

Can you deliver files ready for Shopify and Meta? +
Yes. Every film is delivered in 9:16, 4:5, 1:1 and 16:9, exported as standard video files you can upload to Shopify product media, Meta, YouTube and other ad platforms. We frame each ratio for its placement instead of cropping one master.
Do you work from product photos? +
Yes. Clear photos of every side, with close-ups of print, logo, label and packaging, are enough for most products. If a detail is too small or too fine to read in photos, we ask for a sample.
How is this different from a Shopify video app? +
An app animates the photos you already have and is fine for simple product page loops across a large catalogue. We write, direct and check a film around your product, with sound and a consistent look, and we review every shot for logo, text and shape errors before it ships.
Can we test different hooks without a reshoot? +
Yes. Because the product reference and the look are locked, we can make new openings, settings and offer lines on the same film without booking anything new, so you can test more angles on paid social.
Do you also build the Shopify store? +
Yes. We2 designs and builds stores on Shopify, as well as sites on Webflow, Framer and Next.js. One senior team handles the brand, the films, the store and the ads, so they all point the same way.
What do you need from us to start? +
The product or good product photos, your brand references, the launch date, and where the video will run. A short call is usually enough to agree the brief.
